In a nutshell this is a super brilliant, in need of a light reno, exquisite period Elwood offering that should rock - on past the quote no problems at all, with multiple bidders. 

One of the better circle $3m offerings I have seen in Bayside a while - great bones and you can live in now and save if you've spent it all securing it - or you could lightly or heavily renovate depending on your desires - be a little careful on how heavy you renovate, as this is still Elwood B and resales no matter how good don't sail easily on the breeze past $4m all that often.

Love the potential here. I've rated it as a serious reno.
