Sharp modern home, which has a functional floor plan that is hard to fault - perhaps if anything it some may like another bedroom downstairs for flexibility. South rear block aspect and hill position does hold the score back here a little, and while this is not premier Camberwell it is could suit a younger or growing family well, being close walking distance to local shops, parks and Riversdale Rd tram.
