No question about the location, the street and initial feel you get from this home.

Its like you are in Europe - the look, the entrance, the incredibly high ceilings and the size and spaces.

For the area - most of those things are a rarity.

But purchasing this is not all coffee and croissants - the courtyard lacks the sun and therefore the light and warmth. And then there is the parking - its difficult and it compromises the courtyard.

Can you live without parking - mmmm - busy area at times.

I really liked the emotion of this home.
