A good single-level modern home, which offers a free-flowing floor plan and nice lifestyle options. Open plan living area to the rear (which ideally enjoys north light and connects well to the deck area) is perhaps the main highlight. Bedroom separation is good, yet some may find secondary bedrooms a little small, given the overall package.  Denman carries some through-traffic for this area, yet that said it is well located, close to Back Creek Reserve, Leo's Supermarket, Burwood station and Camberwell Road tram.
