"  This impressive, two storey, early Victorian Terrace, has excellent street appeal enhanced by matching terraces on its east and west side. The unusually large entrance hall allows for the stairs leading to the bedrooms to be set well back from the front door, while creating an appealing first impression. This terrace would benefit from some cosmetic modernisation. The properties floor plan will appeal to families as it provides for good bedroom separation from the living areas - with 2 living areas, family room and formal living, it provides parents with their own domain. All bedrooms are located upstairs including the master bedroom with a built in robe however no ensuite. Three of the four upstairs bedrooms are of a reasonable size with the fourth being smaller and more suited to a study or nursery. The properties northerly rear orientation and well positioned windows facilitates good light penetration upstairs. Flexibility is further enhanced with the studio located on top of the garage - it is a large space and whilst the bathroom facilities are located in the garage and not in the studio the space still offers you flexibility. The studio could be used as a bedroom, study, artists/music studio, teenagers retreat, granny flat, or home office. Access to the garage is from a rear side street and provides for an ample turning circle. Some may have concerns with a primary school directly opposite, as it may increase traffic and noise levels. "Really like this property, livable now yet has plenty of upside. Concerns maybe for some - no ensuite, smallish rear open plan living area  and location of school across the road. This property is all about convenience - easy access to good coffee and cafes, and secure car access to the rear dies not get much better. Apart from piosition and security, other main pluses - preferrred northern rear orientation, good building condition, charming facade, and floor plan is functional and flexibile. "
