"Difficult street, industrial neighbours and no car parking are issues. Hallway grabs you as you enter. Front rooms smaller feel but have built in robes built to a high standard. Good storage. Clean quality bathrooms - medium standard. Like the floor and brick wall treatment. Kitchens nicely made. Back living area a little small - or feels that way. Needs cooling upstairs in summer. Genuine third bedroom is a plus for this size. Bathrooms good. Very similar to next door. Agent Quote $800,000 to $880,000.  "
