Comments on 38A St Johns Avenue CAMBERWELL

This is a good lock-and-leave modern townhouse with a functional floorplan.  The design is simple yet tasteful; this property is largely about convenience. The minuses are the compromised parking and being on the southern side of duplex, which means the home is dark in places. The pluses are the livability of the home itself and its proximity to everything in Camberwell Junction. Bedrooms to the first floor are a good size and would suit an older family well, however not having a bedroom downstairs could rule some buyer groups out, and does limit flexibility here. At a quoted level of $1,200,000, one would think this should be well supported by the market.
