"This renovated period home has good street appeal.  Would work well for families with teenagers - the whole upstairs designated to children's living. Downstairs provides a cosy formal living/dining area, and large informal family area with great access to the north light. Budding chefs may find the kitchen a little small and the relationship between the kitchen and outdoor entertaining area is not great. There are uninterrupted views of the pool from the kitchen/family room which is desirable (especially with young children), with Bi-fold doors opening to the pool area.  The area between the house and the pool fence is quite narrow, and the only access to the outdoor dining area is via the gate.  This could become annoying when carrying food/plates. As the grassed rear garden is inside the pool fence, young children would need to play out the front.  With no view of the front garden from the kitchen this could also be an issue for young families. Position here is great.  Just a short stroll to Bay Stret shops and the station and the beach at the bottom of North Road."
