"Big renovated Edwardian home in the Gascoigne Estate - always sounds good. This has built to very good standard. Front rooms are excellent and rear rooms are quite good also, let down a little perhaps by south facing rear aspect which does affect light. Upstairs is expansive with good sized bedrooms - not quite sure if raked ceilings work here - the jury is out. For this size of house, one would be hoping for a bigger backyard maybe, but one thing is for sure this will have many admirers.  "
