Good single level original Edwardian home which is a little dated. In-ground pool and landscaping  dominates the rear yard - this will turn some people off but it shouldn't as this could be easily removed.

The real value here is a premier Camberwell address and an honest original period home - yes there may be work ahead (at the very least this will be cosmetic) but the fundamentals are quite good.
