"A good family home.  Many living areas to cater for families with different aged children.    There is no grassed area front or back.  Great if looking for the low maintenance option, perhaps not so if looking for somewhere for kids to play.A perfect summer entertainer with the pool easily visible from the kitchen/family room.Given the slope of the land, there are stairs to the front door and a split level on the ground floor.  This may concern some.  There is double garaging for two, however, access is via a laneway at the rear.  Some may find this annoying when leaving/returning to the house continuously (eg/ after school activity runs) and may opt to park out the front  for this sort of quick stop.  If looking for a family home though , with nothing to do, well worth inspecting."
