"37 has the issues shared by the others of the a "tough street and industrial neigbours" and no car park but there is so much more a feeling of space - and hence the age old question do I buy a single storey double fronter or a double storey single fronter. In this case I really like what they have done to this one - front bedroom is spacious and while it's the occupants rather than the visitors who would go their first at an OFI it sets the tone for the home and it's been done with class. The ensuite, robes and in fact the whole master bedroom set up is a real winner for me and well above average for what you see in Richmond. You can see the builders have an eye for detail - by way of example the cornices. Second and third bedroom are adequate in size and the bathroom laundry is well placed. It even has a slightly better outlook than its neighbours and this is evident when at the rear. The living areas, despite being north didn't quite jump out as much as the bathrooms and bedrooms but they are still very good. The question is price - even with the difficulties sellers are facing in the current market I would be most surprised is this really quite beautiful timber home doesn't have interest above the $1million mark with the deserved hype this home has. Agent Quote $900,000 to $990,000.  "
