"Victorian period home, renovated in Armadale - an attractive combination. Looks quality, although has some issues to consider; parking, rear neighbor and 2nd bathroom position. Having said that location is brilliant and this is the pick of the streets in the area. Good agent in Andrew McCann who will tell it like it is if you ask him sensible questions. This could get a real head of steam up so you will need to monitor the quote - these sorts of homes can get huge prices in this market. However if you work through the issues and this is for you then long term it's pretty hard to go wrong with a buy like this; providing you pay somewhere near market. Never seems to be large number of bidders just one or two strong ones."
