Comments on 36 Lynden Street CAMBERWELL

Pretty timber Californian Bungalow which has been updated internally and extended up, which has excellent street presence. Floor plan is compact yet comfortable - rear open plan living room is not huge but probably just wide enough and connects well to the rear and kitchen well placed.   Some may not be sure about the laundry sharing with the ensuite area, and although the frontage is good the block does narrow at the rear and slope up a little. Would suit well a younger family - close to Lynden Park, St.Dominic's and Hartwell Primary.
