This home has a similar great feel to another house I saw recently at 63 Lewisham St Prahran. Interestingly the rating is almost identical. This one has a high quality kitchen and bathrooms (with a bonus ensuite), good living spaces and is well-presented. The south-facing rear is overcome by a vaulted ceiling with high windows in the living room that let in loads of light; even on an overcast day the natural light was good. There is a big storage area in the ceiling via an attic ladder from the hallway. It is private from the street, and makes good use of outdoor space to the front and rear of the property. It also has a carport to the rear. The trainline nearby may cause a little noise, but this is inner city living and to be expected.
