As the block size is slightly larger than its neighbours it has capacity for two car parks and benefits for a good size entertaining area with a water feature. The dwelling itself has been renovated to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings throughout.  The property has good storage with a 20m2 attic, access via a step ladder. Great location being within walking distance to parks, public transport, restaurant and bars. The property is not without its faults however a small bedroom and one bathroom to share between three bedrooms. Overall I think this is a great property which will appeal to investors, small families and empty nesters.  "
