Perhaps for some the facade is a little weak (compared to others with stronger period details and better street presence) but there is good scope to update this house or rent out as is. Rated for Land Only, as many would see work ahead here.

"This is a fine example of a double fronted Edwardian property in a very popular part of Middle Park, only minutes to Armstrong Street, Victoria Avenue, Albert Park Lake, South Melbourne Market and the tram into the CBD.
