"House has plenty of potential - grreat land size, the building bones are good and the house is fairly well palced on the block (this is really important and an often orverlooked point when buyer a older home) Rated as land only here - any smart renovation would see this rate in the 800's - Street does carry some through traffic but he block size and decent setback offsets this to an extent."
