
Didn't think I was going to like this with it's south orientation and smaller yard and basic fascade but inside it's a bit of a surprise. Floorplan works well and would have been even better if it had a downstairs bedroom - nonetheless the bedrooms and whole upstairs floorplan is high quality. Good room sizes, good flow and ok bathroom positions. Downstairs I really like - good airy feel and the rear living and courtyard makes for a great indoor/outdoor entertaining area. Yes the yard is a bit small for growing kids but there is a huge park across the road and maybe this home is not for younger kids anyway. Position wise: Head St is Golden Mile Brighton but it's at the faraway end with regards to shopping and transport - however it's close to Elwood and the beach - mate in fact it's only a minute or so walk away. For 2.5 millionish you don't get two many completed family home, walk to the beach Brighton opportunities. Yep this is a goody.
