Updated period home with a warm inviting feel. Upstairs extension blends very well...difficult to pick as an addition and this is refreshing to see. Lacks garage access but fixable. Steps down from deck could be tricky with young kids but minor issue for an older family which this is likely to be as this is in Balwyn High zone. Overall thoughts are this is a very pretty house but in a not so pretty street and how long will it be before the street starts seeing large new 5 bed/bath formula built homes dominating the streetscape?
