Comments on 34 Coppin Grove HAWTHORN

A signature Hawthorn address and this is a large family home which suits modern living well. Question marks for some will be the indoor /outdoor connection, southern rear aspect and of course the train line, which directly abuts the back fence.  In addition, being over there levels effectively with no lift will likely rule older buyers. That all said, the open plan living / kitchen/ dining area works very well and the separation of bedrooms is good.
