Comments on 33 Gordon Street HAMPTON

This is a clean building block with a northerly rear and a tennis court in the right place and a very livable but ultimately bulldozable home for this price range. The precinct is Hampton's best and is perhaps one of Melbourne best, with a single-dwelling covenant overlay (although you will need to see contracts to confirm this). It is hard to fault as a quality, large and easy to work with building block.
