This is an extremely well thought out and well built home - to be critical about little things would be to miss the main point - this is a really good home. It has a real sense of space and while maybe too big for some at a reported 100 squares; for others that maybe the size they have been looking for. Big picture - sensational address and the view on the third level is one of the best city panoramas I have seen - you will actually use the roof top for BBQ's or contemplations - it's that good. A lift negates any stair issue some may have and the entertainment areas and garaging on the lower level are first rate. In fact while on the garaging just the way the entrance has been thought out reinforces our comments on some great thinking has gone into this home. Is the backyard big enough - for some may be not, for others its fine and if you wanted more space then the river and parkland is within a 100 metres or so and for this reason I kept borderline yard size as neutral on the rating. While on land size - buying this home would be an emotional decision and as with any home of this caliber on this land size you always have the longer term land to price ratio to consider. But hey life's short and this is good - somebody will buy it. Its easy to go on and one - it's wired - it's this, it's that - it is everything - but we would like to comment on the bedroom level - it works - its separates, but it still has a closeness about it and the rooms are brilliant in size - the WIR for the master will be to die for, for a number of women and perhaps some men, who knows these days. This home will sell and sell well when the right buyer, right price and right seller mood all align.

A very big modern home, with all the bells and whistles, located in one of Melbourne's best streets. Would suit best an older family as there is limited private outside space. There is much to like about the property, but favourites for me were the discrete access to car garaging and also the rooftop terrace, which offers wonderful panoramic views and this is an area that would be actually used. House is not an architectural classic, yet it is a design that should date gracefully and we would expect good buyer interest in it.
