"Facade, position and genuine rear access which has a northern aspect the real positives here. Rear extension is not fantastic, but is servicable. Central location of bathroom not great and this affects flow - this could be changed however. A Blue Ribbon address which always performs well, and here you are on the better side with good car access. Hard to go wrong."
