"This property has good neighbourours which makes me feel that it will be bought by a young family looking to the future, the house has been updated in particular the kitchen and out door entertaining area to a serviceable standard. But what it lacks is the big family room kitchenand en suite bathroom to master bedroom. All this is achievable as the rear back garden has lots of space and would still leave enough room for the swings, sand pit and tramp for the kids."
