A great house with a modern floor plan that has been really thought out. Particularly liked the kitchen and rear open plan living area - I am sure most people will. Southern rear aspect here not ideal in terms of access to direct natural light and also the view from the front straight down the street may concern some.

Liked the feel of this home from the minute I saw it driving up the street although that in itself may upset those of a feng shui variety. Anyway I digress - the home itself has a presence and has been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated . Upstairs is an ideal parents retreat - if you have teenage kids you can get away from the madness - I suppose if your kids were only just happening then the study could be used a nursery. - the home has flexibility of bedroom floor plan. Multiple and separate living areas are a plus and all this in a Victorian and Modern style that many love. Combine this with the location (close to Maling road) and it's a cul de sac. I would not be surprised if there was not solid interest above the quote and nudging towards the big number.
