Huge numbers on offer today with another 2 big auction weeks to follow before Christmas wind-down. A lot were bought, but the sheer weight of supply took its toll with Bidderman at a lowish 1.8 overall – consequently clearance rates were down. Strong underlying demand remains, especially on the goodies BUT there are buying opportunities now being presented.

Upstairs bedrooms are on the small side - will suit a young family OK but may not prove suitable for teenagers as the family grows. Handy proximity to Bay Street and Martin Street shopping precincts are other big pluses."
