"This early Edwardian property has many period features, including veranda entry with detailed fret work, bay windows and slate roof. Add to this its corner position and you have a fine looking period home. What may concern buyers particularly the family market is the lack of size to the accommodation, living and rear garden area for children to play in. That said the size of the property may suit a family with very young children or a professional couple looking for an inner city home close to shops and public transport.Overall the property is well finished and provides good floor plan flexibility although the rooms are a little dark. What is currently set up as gym at the rear of the property may also provide space for a home office or studio."
