RENOVATOR"S OPPORTUNITY- you better believe it. Currently livable (just) - it could be developed as a single residence spread across these two terraces orredeveloped as two separate terraces - there are two titles. Either way, it will always be a challenge. But the terrace on the southern size is one of the best in Melbourne - despite being on Park Street and the street scape would be great. Can you just imagine those large trucks on Park Street delivering heavy fixtures just when the number 8 tram is trying to keep to schedule!
