"This is definitely a AAA property for Middle Park, add excellent rear lane access to car parking gives this home a great start. For the owner occupier the current renovation is a little dated a would benefit from some money spent. I think there could be some WOW factor added for not too much money. I say this as the kitchen and bathrooms are in the right place as is the family room so most of the work is done. If you are an investor the property is already leased out at a very good rental so should you not want to spend any money you wouldn't have to. You would expect interest to be strong as it appeals to many."
