Comments on 30 Wheatland Road MALVERN

Brick Edwardian home which has been updated a few times over its lifetime and is probably due for work again. The building bones seem quite good and the floor plan essentially is a good formula - sure the kitchen and meals area is a little small as too is the fourth bedroom upstairs, yet possibly this could be addressed with some basic changes. Southern rear orientation and lack of covered car-parking could be among concerns. The backyard is a good size and the outlook to the tree is pleasant, yet given its size the option for a pool could be tricky. Position is great here; Wheatland is one of Malvern's nest streets, close to Glenferrie Road and pretty, featuring mostly original  brick period family homes. Worth a thought, this property.
