"If Jon Friedrich has built a bad apartment I haven't seen it. He is one of Melbourne's top apartment designers and architects and this one in Glyndon is no exception. Top level for security and light (north), lifts for the "getting olders", underground car park for the car lovers (3) and three big bedrooms all with quality ensuites for the owners and their sleepover guests. Only one big entertaining and living and no separate dining room is a fair criticism at this price level and is its only real negative if you do't require an easy walk to shopsm rail and the Brighton cinema. Upstairs is a bonus rooftop garden, BBQ and viewing area. If all apartments were built like this then more of us would want to live n this form of abode. One of our higher ratings for an apartment."
