"This is one of the highest quality apartments/townhouses I have seen for a while. The floorplan works giving good separation of informal to formal; indoor to outdoor and sleeping to living. The build is outwardly of a higher quality than most and the look and feel matches what all would describe as a special, genuine luxury apartment/townhouse. The lack of development on the city view side is of some concern. What else really appeals is it's street presence and connection and your ability to have people enter and exit your home from several fronts without going through private areas. Position wise is very good Toorak without being the greatest of great Toorak. Road noise from the freeway will have some effect on some days when you are entertaining externally - but not all days and light music should mask any unpleasantness. All bedrooms have there own quality ensuites and are good spaces. I also like the floorplan flexibility and the street entrance is classy. Finally this may not be the world's greatest financial investment but it shouldn't be a shocker either as it really does have genuine land content. Emotionally; well that's up to the lucky purchaser - as good as I have seen for some time. "
