Well built and designed modern French Provincial reproduction home that affords good accommodation and could suit an older family going to one of the many private schools, (or a downsizing couple) well. Positives for me were the kitchen design / finish, master bedroom suite and the pool (which is a good size and well thought out in terms of colours and placement). Main concern for many here will be the house is located at the end of the court and has direct view to Auburn Road, which is not too far away. This effect will be lessened in time when the block of land to the west is built on.  Being so close to Auburn Village and schools along Barkers Road is a key plus - and could make this a convenient lock-and-leave option for many.
