"Whilst not being perfect this place does have some serious appeal. The dwelling has recently been extended and renovated well, fully capitalising on the underlying land value. The allotment has a Northern rear orientation and a mild downward sloping topography from the street frontage. The dwelling is generally well laid out and features good separation of the living areas. The Kitchen/Meals area flows well into the attractive outdoor entertaining/pool area. Aesthetically the street is very pleasant however the property and the street generally suffers from mild traffic noise due to its proximity to the Eastern freeway. Agent has recently lifted the quote range to $1.15M to $1.25M. Suit small or growing families.    "
