3 Grosvenor Street
PASSED IN - $3,000,000
Auctioneer Stewart Lopez was unable obtain a single bid for this magnificent property so close to the beach and Royal Brighton Yacht Club. And even though it appeared at least two couples were interested in the property, it was passed in on a vendor bid of $3,000,000. Crowd of around 40 and a quiet vibe....

Comments on 3 Grosvenor Street BRIGHTON

Positioned a short stroll to Brighton Yacht Club and the beach, and still easy walking distance to Church Street, it is easy to see why the location works.  This home provides plenty of room for a growing family, with two living areas, four bedrooms and study.  I would have liked to see a bedroom/bathroom combination downstairs, however, there is still reasonable separation upstairs.  The lap pool cleverly cuts back into the house, providing an excellent backdrop to the family dining area and good viewing from the kitchen.   I found it  feels enclosed in areas, as the home has tried to maximise space by using as much of the width of the block as possible, and the properties either side and to the rear are large and imposing.
