"A great home this one - has all the bells and whistles and a classic Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired build style. It is refreshing to see a good-sized home balanced nicely by a good-sized block, in a good street, and that is what 3 Christowel is all about. While the fit-out and build quality is hard to fault, some may have concerns with regard to the tricky connection from the main living area down to the backyard and no lift has been built-in (given the house is built over three levels). Location is very good - walking distance to Camberwell Junction, Riversdale Park and Riversdale station.

"One of the streets in the area - bought two other homes within 100 metres of this one - Good wide garage - Nice sitting room at front - Kitchen connection to backyard is weak - Living areas work well - the home is a compartment home more than free flowing - Officey sort of feel - finishes not to everyones taste - eg very distinctive and vinyl and some may say look a bit dated already - Gaggenau so no question on quality of fittings - Big wine cellar a plus - Like downstairs away from home - Slate roof - The garden is a one of the better ones - has a good feel - Nice Perch view from master - Great sized bedrooms- Upstairs flows well
