"On the surface, this property is an attractive proposition. Pretty original brick period home, cul-de-sac Camberwell location close to the junction and good building bones on a single level.Internal alterations would improve this markedly.
Railway line to the rear boundary is the big concern here - you are exposed to signifficant train noise from the tracks and horns as trains turn the bend. If this doesn't bother the buyer then this property has a lot going for it. Other minor concerns - small bathroom, awkward living room dimensions (difficult to furnish) and limited off-street parking options."
