A typical buy, build and sell single-fronted period offering in a B grade location.

If you accept that the width of the home is 5m (approx) and therefore that's all you have to play with, then the seller of this home has done pretty well all they can do to maximize the price, his/her return and chances of selling it on the day. 

It's a good build for what it is.

A mid-sized double storey single fronter - not big - but not small

Two up and two down - 4 bedder

Upstairs the ceilings are lower and the rooms are ok without being overly big - tight feeling a little exacerbated by ceiling height

Parking at the back ok, meaning lane used a bit and narrow - not really two cars easily - but one, no probs - garage could also double as a play room (smart use of window)

By the way the most weirdest step treads I've seen - fair dinkum - I have never thought in my career that stair treads would be a discussion point - take a look as you walk up to the sun goddess or something like that. No big deal and see it worked - I talked about them.
