BUYER TESTIMONIAL

Quite simply, we wouldn't have bought the house without you. We wouldn't have heard about the property, wouldn't have looked at it, wouldn't have clearly assessed its short and long term potential for us, and certainly wouldn't have secured the property at a very hotly contested auction! We are both very metho...

Guy 's Comments on 29 Loch Street, ST KILDA WEST
"West St Kilda has some of the finest homes in Melbourne and this property is no exception. Located in this impressive tree lined street, only minutes to the beach, shops, cafes and schools. The property is an original Federation home with some of the most impressive period detail I have ever seen. These Edwardian details are further enhanced due to the influence of the earlier Victorian period. Most rooms have vaulted ceilings adding to the already impressive room sizes. The main six rooms centred around the front door and the dining room on the south east corner should remain, allowing for a rear family room, kitchen and laundry extension. On the other hand the land content is large enough for the architect to create whatever his and your imagination desired. If your pockets are deep and you have the vision this could easily be one of the area's finest family homes. Despite this softer market there are examples of when unique properties come onto the market -with good land content and position the discerning buyer acts with confidence knowing that it might be a very long time before you seen another like it. For the purpose of this rating the property was rated as a renovation project. What this means is the original internal layout doesn't impact on the rating ."

Explanations & Disclaimers
Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
