"This small house has undergone a complete rebuild and the result is outstanding. By going up at the back of the house, the downstairs area has been freed up to accommodate a large family living space which opens to a northwest facing courtyard together with two bedrooms (with a decent sized bathroom) and a sitting room or study downstairs. Fixtures and finishes are modern and top quality. Upstairs the main bedroom and ensuite have been finished with good cabinetry and plenty of light. If there was offstreet parking this house would tick almost all of the boxes as parking is always a challenge in this area of South Yarra, but with transport to the city so close you could consider an arrangement to pick up at rental an allocated street parking lot. In summary a great spacious renovation on a small block."
