"Fantastic house in one of Canterbury's best streets. Cannot really fault the house - most people will love this - maybe the inclusion of lift would have been good here as this is built over three levels. Land size is on the smaller side and the house overwhelms it a little. Not huge rear yard area and the outlook from bedrooms on the first floor is not fantastic as adjoining houses seem so close. Really liked the home theatre and rear family/meals/kitchen area. Street presence was very befitting a quality location. Would not be surpised if this sold before auction."
