"Not much to dislike with this property, nice wide hallway passing three bedrooms, one with en suit and central bathroom with laundry facilities. The rear family room is a good size with well placed kitchen. Purchaser might be a down sizer or investor. The rental market you would expect to be strong with Cabrini very close by and lots of medicos looking for good accommodation. No car parking, however adjoining neighbours do have off street parking which would help slightly. Beautiful street with nicely proportioned established homes."
