
This is a newly-built modern home which would best suit a large or growing family. The floor-plan flows and functions well, and the highlights for me were the sweeping stairway and the first floor multi-purpose room. In a perfect world the garage would be bigger, although that has to do largely with maintaining the symmetry of the façade. The look at the rear of the house is also a bit bland and basic. However, the main concerns here from buyer's perspective are the southern rear aspect, which limits direct access to natural light, and the fact that the house sits down from the street, affecting its presence. This is not the best street in the Sunnyside Estate, but the position is good with its easy access to Burke Road tram, Camberwell Junction and the M1.
