"An average builder-spec house with a functional floor plan and good number of bedrooms.  House sits a little more back from the street compared to others nearby - this makes the rear private yard small and is possibly the main concern here. Land is north facing (which is good in terms of natural light) and of an average size - this street does get some cut-through traffic however is leafy and close to Camberwell Junction and Burke Road.  "
