Comments on 26 York Street PRAHRAN

Great house - I remember going to the auction when this home was a bulldozer job a few years ago. They have done a first rate job since. Street we have bought in before and we like - will have to check out the Flying Duck pub again soon. This home has excellent, for Prahran, side car access a real plus. As you walk inside you get that minimalist modern hi tech feel and its stays with you throughout the home and on all finishes, There is nothing quaint and quirky about this home its big bold and brassy - are you overcapitalizing. Hey you not buying this for financial reasons alone;  it's mostly about the emotion. Benmac's Hugh Hardy seems to specialize in these types of homes.
