"Great apartment living over two floors, cleverly designed master bedroom with loft feel, yet private enclosed with glass and blinds. Views to Docklands and the west, limited CBD views. Supply relatively unrestricted in precinct that will probably effect resale and growth. No historical data on growth means buying in the area comes with risk and this is heavily penalised in our Price area. However, looking at the building and property in isolation of price, it is good"
