Obviously there is significant work ahead (this has been rated as land only), yet there are many positives here that could make all the work worthwhile. The property presents well and is close to the street. The width is the big key here, maximising solar access into the existing house and for future renovation. Car access is also good to the rear via a wide paved laneway. Along with these points, the proximity to Victoria Gardens and High Street will always underpin the value of this property."
