Large modern home which packs in a good amount of accommodation and has great lifestyle options, if you are lover of the style. On first impressions I really liked the strength of the facade and the roof form / finish, yet this was tempered by the way the house sat down a little from the street and the front yard's sparse landscaping. Internally rooms are a good size yet the kitchen is perhaps a little small, and the laundry layout not ideal. Bedroom separation works well and the study downstairs provides great flexibility. Would suit well a buyer wanting to move into a new home, without doing any work.
