2011 Best Auction Photo - I see Red: The Hocking Stuart boys - Andrew Stuart, David Wood and Michael Coen - bring a glimmer of colour to an otherwise dreary Melbourne day on July 30th. 20 Barrett St, Albert Park had no bidders but was bought after auction for $2,200,000. Sums up the year for most agents. Jen Milligan the reporter and photographer

BUYER TESTIMONIAL

Knowing we had a professional working for us took a great deal of stress out of the whole process. Mal's support was invaluable when we eventually did find a property we wanted to buy. The background information he was able to obtain through his contacts and his detailed property report were both very helpful. We went in to (the auction) really we...

Mal 's Comments on 26 Chesterfield Avenue, MALVERN
"Good solid home is a premier part of Malvern. South facing rear on a small block does reduce light. Bedroom set up works well, although would have liked to see one downstairs. A real feeling of solid establishment values when you walk through and very well presented. A typical 1920's/1930's that has been very well finished. Despite tandem garaging it is hard to fault the building. Been on the market with three agents since August 2009."

26 Chesterfield Avenue

In front of a circumspect crowd of less than 60 we saw an opening bid of $2,800,000 and it went up in small amounts from 3 bidders until $3,000,000 when a 4th bidder called out $...

Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
